Before Vizinex RFID can design an application specific RFID tag, we need to get to know our clients. Our team works with clients from the start, listening to you tell us about your company, your business needs and what you want to accomplish with RFID Technology. Our engineers meet with you to brainstorm and determine most effective solutions to your business needs. Once we have a firm understanding of your business we meet to determine your RFID requirements and specifications:

  • Determine what our clients’ RFID requirements are. Whether is is a demanding packaging requirement, or size specifications Vizinex determines the best RFID tag solution for your needs
  • We investigate further, determining industry specifications, and regulatory requirements related to the product.
In this stage, Vizinex RFID plans and controls the design and development of the RFID tag. We design a prototype that meets functional and performance requirement established by our clients, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Once the sample of an RFID Tag is developed it is tested by the end user – you. Based on your feedback we either perform design alterations or move into the final stage of our development process. Once the development process is complete and the client receives an RFID Tag sample, Vizinex RFID manufactures the product. Final RFID Tags are tested and monitored, making sure that no deficiencies surface only after RFID tags are in use.
